Kelly Smith is Head of Unscripted Development and Production at Will Packer Media, responsible for developing and overseeing production of all unscripted projects.
Prior to joining Will Packer Media, Smith was VP of Development at 1963 Entertainment, a division of Endemol Shine North America. During his tenure, Smith oversaw development for CEO Randy Jackson to create content on the unscripted and scripted side, selling projects to E! and BET.
Formerly Vice President of Flower Films, Smith worked with Drew Barrymore and Nancy Juvonen to develop and oversee scripted and unscripted content, executive producing KNIFE FIGHT for The Esquire Network and selling such shows as RATTLED to TLC and STAR PLATES to The Food Network. Smith also sold the feature ANIMAL to the Chiller network, which became the network’s most watched original movie. Smith worked alongside Barrymore to produce her short film OUR DEAL for MTV’s Supervideo series, winning a 2012 WEBBY Award for Best Online Film & Video.
